We congratulate you for your recent accomplishment in Promoters and Builders Association of Kolhapur (PBAK).

Shared achievement is almost as good as individual achievement although we learned this lesson early in life; it has become more meaningful as our experience has increased.

We now realize that sharing in another’s success inspires us to demand more of ourselves. We believe your inherent desire for accomplishment is the spark that lights the fire from which PBAK derives the warmth that sustains it.

The Excellent work that PBAK is doing in Kolhapur will uplift the image of Builders in society and will give a new dimension to the fraternity.

PBAK has contributes a great deal in formation and development of FPBAM (now CREDAI, Maharashtra). You are now Vice President, bringing better rules and governance in Kolhapur as well as other parts of state.

 We extend our heartiest congratulations to shri Rajiv Parikh incoming president and all the newly elected members and your good self as you commemorate the Installation Ceremony of PBAK and wish you all continued success in, and out of, business’s symphony halls.
