Message from Mr. Jitendra Thakker

It’s  a great pleasure for me to know that a special publication entitled ‘Smritigandh’ is being brought out on the happy occasion of the installation of the new managing committee of the Promoters and Builders Association of Kolhapur.

It is heartening that the publication, as per its very name, will spread the fragrance of the sweet memories of the team headed by the outgoing President, Shri.Ram Purohit.

It is noteworthy that following a wide support and appreciation from the members for the performance of Shri. Purohit’s team, it has worked for two consecutive terms totaling a period of four years, sizably adding to the height of the Association.

It is in appreciation of the same success of Shri.Purohit that he has been elected for a wider horizon as the Vice President of CREDAI Maharashtra. I am sure that the State wing, too, like PBAK, will greatly benefit from his knowledge and experience.

I do hope that the publication will be a source of inspiration for the new managing committee to follow the example of the earlier team and to achieve bigger success.
